Oritavancin (LY333328 diphosphate) is a novel glycopeptide antimicrobial agent with potent microbiological activity in vitro against Gram-positive bacteria，has multiple mechanisms of action, including the inhibition of cell wall synthesis and the perturbation of the membrane potential.
